Milena’s Home è un appartamento luminoso e recentemente ristrutturato, situato in uno stabile storico dell’Ottocento all’interno di un tranquillo cortile interno, lontano dal traffico urbano. Gli ambienti, arredati con uno stile vivace e personale, offrono comfort moderni e una sensazione di accoglienza immediata. La zona giorno dispone di un comodo divano letto, smart TV e una cucina ben attrezzata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. La camera da letto è spaziosa, dotata di armadio e seconda TV, mentre il bagno, accessibile sia dalla zona giorno che dalla camera, è pensato per garantire privacy anche in presenza di più ospiti. La connessione in fibra e l’aria condizionata completano un ambiente ideale per coppie, famiglie o viaggiatori in smart working.

Les différentes portes d'accès sont munies de codes ce qui évite d'avoir des clés. Eliana nous accueille comme des amis et nous donne de bons conseils ☹ S'il faut donner un point négatif c'est un peu de bruit de voisinage mais vraiment pas gênant pour dormir.Pubblicato su BookingVerificata Excellent value for money, bus and metro outside doorstep, clean, safe and comfortable stay ☺ The host was very friendly and spoke great English. Her father had to come by and help us check in, provide the door codes and tour the apartment. He didnt speak much english but you could understand what he meant. Very friendly and kind gentleman :) I highly recommend you setup whatsapp as it makes communicating with the host instantaneous and convenient. She replies very quickly and provides very helpful info and tips regarding landmarks and transportation we arrived by Rail at Rome Termini station, with a family of 4 and lots of luggage, the easiest way from station to this apartment was a quick 15 euro taxi. It is not worth walking with luggage unless you have less people or travelling light. You can check google maps and also take a $1.5 euro bus from termini to right outside the door. Note the metro is very close but a hassle with luggage. So take the bus or taxi If you are coming by airport (FCO) i believe the easiest way would be to catch the Trenitalia Leonardo express to Rome Termini station then take the bus or taxi per above. Walking is not worth the money you save, when transport exists. From the apartment you can walk to the colosseum, but a bus also exists. For anything further away the metro is 5 mins walk across the road where you can get to everything easily Regarding the apartment, it is beautifully decorated and freshly renovated. Elena's interior design taste is spot on. There is a fold out sofa bed, a nice big queen in the master bedroom, very clean bathroom and shower, with included washing machine and dishwasher There is strong aircon in every room and the whole setup is extremely modern with smart home features. Note that the elevator is really old, use it just for luggage as it takes less time just walking up the stairs The property is extremely secure as you need to get past 3 secured doors to get into the apartment. 10/10 would book again Thank you to the host! ☹ beds were very hard and stiff. even the children complained and they are light. I highly recommend adding a cheap 5-8cm memory foam mattress topper that could make a huge difference to comfort. The rusty hot water due to construction prior to our arrival was a bit concerning but went away after a day. Definitely do not drink that water. The kettle needed a decalcification. left residue and floating calcium deposits after boiling. Resort to bottled water or boil using a stovetop pot (or the nespresso machine if you just need to make some coffee or tea) the toilet refills VERY slowly, this means multiple people using the toilet have to wait ages between flushes. The hot water does not last very long. Basically 2.5 adult showers. so if you have 2+ people consider splitting the showers between morning and evening. it will take time to reboil the hot water. highly suggest Elena invests in an instant hot water system, would avoid all the hot water issues above in one go. There is no real way to lock the front door from the inside, only using the code from the outside. Perhaps add a digital way for visitors to secure themselves from the inside at night, or add a bolt. I can see there are holes around the doorframe where a bolt used to be that can be reused. Would make it feel more secure (not that there was ever any concern) provide some washing detergent in kitchen, i didnt realise until several days later that the one provided was hand wash. i am happy to throw away rubbish before checking out, but it would be nice to get additional trash bags to last a week (4-5 to account for recycling too). Not a huge deal, but saves hassle finding supermarkets to buy a big bundle whilst only needing to use a handful. please note that the above is just very minor nitpicking and my overall stay was wonderful. but the above small things could elevate the stay from a 9 out 10 to an 10 out of 10! :)Pubblicato su BookingVerificata Тихая, очень чистая, уютная квартира ☺ От вокзала Термини 10 минут пешком. До других достопримечательностей также ходили пешком. Квартира очень чистая, новая, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, микроволновка, кофемашина. Есть и стиральная машина. Хозяин Eliana очень гостеприимна, позаботилась о бутылках с водой, чаем и капсулами кофе по приезду. Также Eliana посоветовала прекрасное кафе для завтрака Variati, где подают прекрасные омлеты и тосты с яйцом пашот, авокадо и семгой. Очень чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Чувствуешь себя, как дома. Есть нюанс, если ваша регистрация попадает в ночное время. Лучше обговорить это заранее с хозяином. В целом, рекомендую ☹ Нет такого
